We were ontime to sent request, store were given this promotion for price match when we bought on that day. And now telus are refusing.As a customer service with telus my experience is very badlly , they informed us instore something and online people are something different which is not match their words with them.
Let me know if you need anything. Please do needful. I’m hoping to get price match. When we purchased mobility was $17 per month and on the black friday it was $10 for device (iphone16) we were under eligiblity period to price match. This is totally unfair with us. So much disappointed ☹️
