Prepaid Bonus100

The 2gb monthly data allocation promo on the Prepaid yearly had been deactivated for unknown reasons. Does anyone know how to contact Telus regarding this issue?

      I tried emailing but either the emails are bounced or receive no response.

      The virtual chat gets nowhere. 

      Then the callback is the start of the denial. I been told the promo BONUS100 didn’t exist by the CSR. 

      Then the retention department would  constantly be put on hold and/or changing representatives. The last time the wait was well over an hour before I had to leave for work. I informed the rep I had to leave for work and provided a callback number. I was still put on hold instead of the courtesy of a return call with an explanation.

      Through the Telus Neighborhood form I was ask to use the verification link and yet still crickets.

      It ironic that as a telecom company, Telus, completely fails in communication. 

      The contract I signed clearly states what I asking for. For Telus to fulfill their obligation. I have an email and a printed contract and yet still been denied an explanation.

      The lack of courtesy and disrespect is truly appalling.
