This definitely does sound like it could be fraudulent. There are unfortunately always calls like this, with people claiming to be from TELUS when they're just out to get your personal/account information. Our reps are always required to provide an agent ID and should never ask for a driver's license via unsecure channels. As this may be something for our Fraud Management team, we'll need to investigate further. We'll send you a private message to discuss further.
