Playback Error - Decoder Failed

Using an adroid tablet when in the Telus TV+ app and click on any recordings I get "Playback Error - Video playback unavailable, error TVPE-99999. Decorder Failed: c2.android.avc.decoder". I also get this error when I go into Guide and select a channel to watch. Is there a bug in the newest upgrade of the app? Are you working on this issue? Please advise.

      Hello,

      Yes I'm having a decoder issue.....have you seen it before?

        Hi VP84 , there is a playback performance enhancement toggle within settings, can you give it a try and let me know if that resolves anything? Also, curious to know what kind of android tablet is it?
