Phoned in and asked to speak to a manager

I’m just wondering if it’s typical to wait on hold for close to an hour after requesting to speak to a manager? Am I in a never ending soft rock black hole or is someone going to eventually answer?

Hi YetiBling  sorry to hear about the long wait times.  We don't have details on how long it takes before getting answered over the phone, however, don't hesitate to ask your questions on the community.  We could have some insights to help.  Thanks
