Phone cut prior to due date
Hi I am wondering why my phone service for both my daughter and myself is cut two days prior to the bill due date which would been paid prior to due date??
Are you on a prepaid or post paid account? Service isn't deactivated unless you have a lengthy (months) outstanding balance. If you are post paid and just owe your monthly balance without being overdue from previous months you should have phone service.
