Payee solutions
Question....Im with Public Mobile and Telus bought Public Mobile ten years ago. My PM account number is 14 digits starting with "0000". To add telus as a payee on my online banking there are only 2 options, 8 digit and 10 digit account numbers. Can I drop the "0000" from my PM account number?

Based on our research, there is currently no option to pay via online banking. To make a payment through your account, you would need to use a Visa or Mastercard debit card. Alternatively, regular credit cards are also accepted. For further questions, please visit the Public Mobile community, as we do not have access to their system.
