2 years agoHi there! After topping up your account, did you add a plan to activate the service? That message could be appearing because a plan hasn’t been added yet. If you still require assistance, send us a private message and we can have a look.

That is what I had to do. But I never had to do that before. For months, years even, it would just automatically top up when the balance was below the set amount.
