Overdue Bill
Hi. I have been receiving emails and texts stating that the bill associated with my account is overdue. When I go into my account there is no indication of previous missed bills or any overdue paymen...
I have the same thing, and the phone number they gave me to call for collections isn't listed on the telus site. I'm unable to find a text based way to inquire and sort this out.

Official Support TeamHello SophVan1, do you know if the emails you're receiving are about a mobility or home service account? Unless I'm wrong, the number for the account management team is not listed on the TELUS website.
