Order stuck on processed. Nervous this big Christmas gift won’t arrive.
Placed an order on the 11th, it was processed on the 13th and was told it was going to ship today (the 17th) but so far nothing. I called customer service and they said they don’t have an ETA but it is in stock… there’s only a couple more working days to get it before Christmas does anyone know why such a delay? Anyone else also experiencing a delay?

i ordered mine on nov 29, they said it should ship with purolator by Dec 6.
it was actually processed on Dec 6 and then they said it would get shipped in 3-5 business days.
It’s now Dec 18 evening and so far nothing.
