Number transfer messed up

I was searching for a provider that supports apple watches and apple suggested Telus so i created an account, signed up, got a new number to my eSIM and everything worked. I then went on my watch to register it and it added it to my account and it gave it a seperate number for some reason. I then applied for my number transfer from chatr and for some reason they decided to put it on my watch instead of my phone and now noone can call my number. I tried using the chat to talk to support and they disconnected mid chat and now the chat simply don't work.

I am now stuck and don't know what to do.
