Not getting any deals for promotions, used to be able to get all of them.
No long recieve promotions, have emploee account with 4 pepople on ot. Why?

Should you not be asking this question on a internal to TELUS forum, not one used by customers ?
Also, is your question about not being notified of availability of promotions or not being eligible?
