No response to an offer in 3 days
This was the last time they contacted me and made this offer with no response or action since I texted a yes please change my mobility to the plan you suggested, can someone fallow through and complete this for me.

Hi there, I had a chance to review your mobility bill. I can move your three lines to a $70 plan with 60GB of data each, and apply a $10 family discount per line, bringing the total to $60 per line. Right now, your monthly bill is $247 plus tax, and with the new plans, it would be $187 plus taxes
