New eSIM and new phone for reception issues
Hi there, I've been having reception issues. I'm guessing that a new SIM card might not help, but it's been almost half a decade with the current SIM card, so I thought that I’d just get a new one. ...

Hi, nevermind, it was pretty straightforward.
I pressed the “download a new eSIM”, and scanned the card with QR code that was mailed to me.
I pressed the slider “use SIM”
After that, I went back to the website
Chose the option:
"I want to transfer my number to a new physical SIM or an eSIM QR code voucher"
I typed the SIM card number that was on the back of the card.
It asked where to send a verification code, and I chose my e-mail address.
After entering the code in my e-mail, it said that the activation was complete.
I saw my old phone lose reception, and the new phone also didn't have reception, so I thought something went wrong.
After restarting my new phone, I saw reception.
Thanks,
Jeff
