New customer inquiry
I ended up switching providers from Roger's to telus. I ordered two phones online and the plan as they had a better deal online this was in late December. I still have no heard back on when I will be receiving the confirmation email. Curious if anyone has done that same and how long did it take for you to actually receive an email and phones. Thank you

You should receive a confirmation email in short order, even if shipping is going to be delayed. I suggest following up with the web store.
