Missing ultimate accessory package with new purchase of new device

Exact same problem here, AXS ultimate accessory package was missing when Galaxy S24 arrived. Had an hour long wait for the operator who put a note on my account and told me to go pick it up at the Telus store. They told me it was supposed to be shipped to me and said to call Telus. They completely blew me off, all they care about is selling home security and optik TV. Anything else and the staff are rude. They didn't even want to look at my account. Was supposed to receive it as part of the boxing week deal as advertised, and staff told me to just buy it, despite there clearly being a note for me to receive the package. Then I called Telus again after an hour long wait, they put a note on my account telling the store to honor the deal and not tell me to call Telus. Will see how it goes but I don't believe I will receive it from either party.
Wow that's ridiculous, yeah the store I went to said they have nothing to do with whatever Telus sells online, ridiculous even though it's a Telus corporate store. Shoo'ed me away like I was rabble. Telus support has been a nightmare to deal with. Looks like they're going to lose a ton of consumers with this. Only thing I can think of is to complain to the CRTC.
