Missing 2 Pixel Watches in Account
Hi,
I bought the Telus Business Plan for 4 Lines, I had been promised as below. (Bought on November 30)
- Each Line (Each Number)
- Pixel 9 Phone
- with $ 0 Down + $ 0 per/month
- Pixel 3 Watch
- with $ 0 Down + $ 0 per/month
- with 0 per month plan
- Pixel 9 Phone
So Total I bought 4 lines, so I would be getting 4 Pixel 9 Phones + 4 Pixel 3 watch, but I got only 4 Pixel 9 Phones + 2 Pixel 3 watch
Now There was a rush so executive told me that, I need to attend another customers, so I would do your order in my free time but there is no 2 missing Pixel watch till today and now no response since I already bought it so...
This is something should not happen with customer, This is a cheating, The Promise is not kept well.
