Hello, I have been sold a TV box by telephone and the seller said it was totally free, I ask him really? just for free?, he agreed, so I accepted it, and maybe the first month was free, I don't know if I had credit bill gifted by Telus. But in this new bill now it is charging me the supposed free TV box. It was by phone call. How can I solve this?. We don't even use the TV box, I just accepted it because it was all ''free''.
