Has a sales representative misled anyone else? I was contacted by Telus on August 4th and sold a package that I clarified concisely with the sales agent twice before agreeing to so I could ensur...
on the phone with telus now (couple hours) trying to cancel a service i did not agree to
the original sales agent on the phone was told 3 times to send me the proposal by email so i could look at it but instead he just activated it
