That's fairly an inadequate response. At the very least, is there something that can be done for cancelling an online order, instead of me having to go hours waiting and talking through the phone?

Saw your private message. Clicked the link and confirmed. Not too sure how to message you back. In the meantime, I was able to resolve the issue of cancelling the order through conference call. Took me an hour, but that's done. Someone else in TELUS tried to help with return label, but for some reason my email haven't received the email with the return label. If you can help with that that would be great.
