31 days agoHi Sean, you're definitely right and should be getting the watch within a few weeks. So when you were transferred the call did not connect you with an agent and just disconnected?

When I was redirected. The voice message said, "Our offices are not open". That was at 9:50am. Telus Canada hours are supposed to be from 9am-7pm.
As for the upgrade of storage, I clicked the 512gb. The price was the same at checkout for the 256gb. But The bill shows a 256gb phone. And nothing else.
