Loyalty Offer Not Honored
I recently received a text with an exclusive loyalty offer that offered to waive my existing device balance if I upgraded my device … then when I went my local store Telus refused to honour the offer...

I been with Telus for over 20yrs and went to the store to ask about a better plan and a new phone they told me I have a good plan spoke to bell and they told me it’s a joke and I can get the same plan for $20 bucks less

8 months agoHello Yasin, were you able to contact our loyalty team (1-866-558-2273 or *611 from your mobile device) and ask them about this specific offer? The people in store won't be able to match the offer but the loyalty team may have a similar one.
