Login Failed, Error Code:LGN-301
I have cleared cache and data and reinstalled the My Telus app in Android 14 which however did not solve login issue. I cannot download my billing statement from Telus webpage from desktop which requires me to get the billing statement from My Telus app in Android.
Both the Pay Bill and View Bill buttons from the Telus webpage for Home Internet are showing error pages which are:
Sorry something went wrong on our end
or
It is not you, it is us. We are unable to retrieve your info at the moment. Please try again later.
I have not been provided a successful solution to solve the login error LGN-301.
So far, I am failed to pay the bill and view my billing statement.
The chat bot only responds with its failure of understanding my simple login failed question.
I cannot find any email address of Telus customer service support to solve the issue.
I am despaired on the unlimited time consumed in dealing with this Telus issues.

I am experiencing the exact same thing!! I went into a Telus store and they told me I need to call 611.....

Do you have VPN? Try disabling it
