I recently recieve a call from 888-519-0122 and he he use a email address <Admin edit: removed email address>. He claim he is from Telus retention. He offer me $35 60G Canada/US and ask me to screen shot iPhone setting->general->about to activate an esim. Is he legit?

  • Thanks for authenticating your account, Chang. We can confirm the rep you spoke with was legitimate. He confirmed he was walking you through how to add an eSIM.

We've removed the email address to prevent doxing but we'd have to pull up your account details to look into it further. We'll send you a private message to start that conversation :).
