Is my SIM/account compromised? Bill shows me using my phone in New York
My recent bill has 5 charges over 5 days for ER/VC ROAM/VOY USA. I contacted support and all they said so far is that I used my phone in the USA for 5 days. That's impossible as I've been in Toronto....
Were you very close to the lake or out on the lake? I can pick up T-Mobile at the Scarborough Bluffs pretty easily as an example.
