iPhone XR can’t reach a home phone number in Comox, BC
I have called the phone number many times in the past. I get the message that the client is not available at this time. Sometimes I get the error code 1N1. I now get the error 1B1.

Have you tried from another phone? Possibly it is an issue on their end.
