3 years agoIt's definitely an odd issue, and I don't think it should be an issue with the device itself being able to connect to a certain band. Reach out to our Mobility team at 1-866-558-2273 or visit the nearest TELUS store and they should be able to investigate!
- AppDes3 years agoNeighbourI didn’t get a chance to call them but it’s been a few days since I turned 5G back on and the problem seems to have resolved itself or the techs fixed what ever issue was causing it. I knew it wasn’t my phone because why would it persist with wifi calling enabled?
