iPhone 11 pro max shipping

I was told 3 then 5 business days. Just confused about shipping times. Also any tips/info for a first time soon to be iPhone owner

Things have slowed due tonCOVID-19. Usual shipping is 3 to 5 days. Keep Calm and Carry On.
