I really like the on hold music. What is it?
The music sounds like it's from clarinet, and it gives a soft and calm music, and a bit of country-side. I have been trying to find it online but I can't find it. What is it?
It's likely some royalty free and low cost generic hold music. Most companies aren't going to be paying the huge royalties / costs for songs from recognizable artists and labels.
