I am scammed by telus store and phone support knows nothing!

I called store on 610 6th St Unit K9, New Westminster, BC V3L 3C2 https://boltwireless.ca/telus-koodo-store-new-westminster-bc/   I am moving my phone from Fido to Telus and was promised $50/month...

    it's not about the bill. the amount shouldn't be $65. i didn't sign up for $65/month bill.
