How to transfer prepaid eSIM now that Android eSIM transfer has been disabled?

The Android eSIM transfer feature is not currently supported for TELUS prepaid services, which is why the option no longer appears when moving between devices. At this time, prepaid eSIMs can’t be transferred using the in-phone transfer tool or the My TELUS app. To complete the transfer, you’ll need a new prepaid eSIM.
Seems your answer is incomplete. Can the Telus store transfer the eSIM from one phone to another?
