How many days does it take Telus to resolve a complaint
I’m trying to return my leased devices, but TELUS is insisting that I purchase them, which is completely unreasonable.
I opened a case and requested someone to contact me to resolve the issue, but I’ve heard nothing back.
This has been the most frustrating and disappointing customer service experience I’ve had.

Ishaikh Were these devices financed through the Bring-it-back program? If so, I also find it strange that you're being asked to purchase them outright. When is your scheduled return date?
