How can Telus bill be when I do not yet have a phone?
I am new to Telus and was surprised that Telus billed me for 27 days of service before I even received and activated my new phone. This does not seem right?

Your first bill includes the period beginning from the time an account was activated to your randomly generated bill date and then a month in advance.
