I initially gave our Solutions Advisor a lukewarm review and would like to update my review after a positive followup by the same individual but was not able to. I would like to give a shoutout to this individual and let his supervisor and him know that he more than made up for his first lack lustre visit. Ranwinderpal S. I am so pleased with your followup call and the solutions you provided for us moving forward. Thank you for taking your job seriously and ensuring that you put the needs of your customer first.
