Fraud Report Filed Weeks Ago, No Updates
I reported fraud to Telus weeks ago, and was told that the Telus fraud team would get back to me within 10 business days. It has been longer than that (17 business days), and still, I have not heard...

Try #2. On October 26 at 17:00, I was contacted by "Telus" and told that they wanted to save me money on my mobility bill. As I was talking to them, they "Accidently" ordered two Iphone 15 128GB Black. After this occured, I was switched to a second guy who said that unfortunately the first guy screwed up and that due to a system glitch, the order could not be cancelled, but no problem, they would provide prepaid return labels so that I would not be charged for them.
The first showed up October 29, and I sent it "Back". The second showed up the 31st, same thing.
On March 4th, when I was talking to (actual) telus, about my home contract nearing expiration, I was UNABLE TO LOGIN as my 10+ digit mixed case and punctuation password was not working. Once I did, I saw that not only was I being charged $66.42 for the phones but had already paid more than $265. As well there was $630 left and a "Bring it back" penalty at the end.
I reported it immediately upon learning this, providing names, addresses, phone numbers, tracking numbers, and in a subsequent call, the IMEI of the devices. I was told that the fraud team would call me back in 10 business days, but here I wait...
it is getting closer to double that, and I wait and wait...
I've been with Telus since before it was Telus (my original address was @agt.net, then telusplanet.net)
Definately feeling burned.
