Excellent service

Dear Telus Management,

 

I hope this message reaches the right forum to express my satisfaction and gratitude for one of your employees,

Seth G., who provided me with outstanding service at the Telus store on Granville St. in Vancouver.

I arrived at the store just 7 minutes before closing time, seeking historical receipts that I was unable to obtain via phone or online.

Seth was exceptionally polite and patient as he worked to resolve my issue.

He did this without making me feel like I was wasting his time, even though it required him to stay a few minutes past closing.

As a former Telus customer, I was truly impressed by his attitude, and I will definitely consider returning to Telus as a customer again.
