Europe Easy Roam vs Easy Roam INTL

I signed up for Europe Easy Roam 30 Day Pass and when I got to London I double checked my travel plans coverage and there is an additional Easy Roam INTL ($16/day) added. Then there is a note under b...

I am confused as I have NTL roam checked for my account but when I go inside my account o look for the 30 day europe easy pass I cannot see where to attach this to my account instead.  What am I doing wrong?
