10 months agoHi! The 30-day pass you purchased is based on a consecutive day count from the date you first activated it. So, if you initially activated the pass, used it for 4 days, and then returned to Canada, the consecutive day count includes all days, whether you are in Europe or Canada.
In other words, the pass continues to count down the 30 days from the activation date without pausing when you're back in Canada. This means that, if there are still about 15 days left on your pass, it should still be valid when you return to Europe, as long as you are within that 30-day period from your original activation date.
To double-check the exact remaining days on your pass, you can log in to your account through the TELUS website or the My TELUS app:
- Go to TELUS Mobility and log into your account.
- Navigate to “Plans & Add-ons” under your account dashboard.
- Check the details of your current roaming passes to see the activation and expiration dates.
If you have any difficulties or further questions regarding your pass, please let us know! Safe travels.
