EPP and hardware upgrade
OK, So I cam back to TELUS from Freedom on the basis that the plan I was offered included the Caribbean. The sales rep essentially created a plan for me at a price I was OK with for what I needed. ...
The EPP team could not help (or didnt want to seem to help) and I have spoken to three different people, all who gave a different answer. I wanted to upgrade my hardware and bring another line onto my account with new hardware also.... if I cannot keep the plan I have had less than a week and bring more business to Telus as a result, I fail to see the benefit of the EPP or coming back to Telus!
