Enabling visual voicemail on Pixel 3

Hi!

I can't enable visual voicemail on Google Pixel 3. When I click to enable in the phone, it stays a few minutes with the message "Enabling visual voicemail" and after it shows an error message: "Can't enable visual voicemail". I've tried to enable using wifi, using mobile data with no success. Tried to search forums and help pages and couldn't find any tips on it.

Does anyone knows what should I do to get it working?
