Official Support TeamHello Proulxrs, it's really hard to tell what's the issue if the service works for an email provider and not the other. It may be a setting issue with Outlook or the application you use at work, maybe a filter. Did you do a Google search about it?
Hello, yes i did some research, most of them seems to point out the carrier/provider... The mail to txt from gmail work either with Bell and Telus. From outlook with a professional mail account it was working with Bell, but with Telus I don't receive a txt (I've got no alarm/warning notification in outlook though). From our other application it was also working with Bell, but nothing with Telus... Thanks,
