Anyone know if mailto:[email protected] is a legit email address for Telus?
When I call Telus (twice) they say no, but on this group and some online spots it says it is good so I don't know what to think,

It's weird that with 2 separate calls to Telus support they said it wasn't a good Email address, how does a person protect themselves as these callers have a deal to make but yet want to know your pin number for the account and when I call Telus *611 they say there is no notes on my file that anyone has called me which there clearly should be if it was legit.

I agree, they should have left a note on your account and whenever in doubt, don't take any chances. We'll send you a private message in order to look into this with you.

Hi there, I was actually able to find this email address in our system but I'm not exactly sure which TELUS team is using it.
