Door to door scam?
I just got signed up by a representative named “Michael” (I don’t even know if that’s his real name) in Kitchener, ON, a couple of days ago after 6 or 7 pm. He was going door to door offering tellus ...
I had a similar interaction with the same salesperson I believe. Offered all these great deals and said he would be my personal account manager and have not been able to get ahold of him since.
Said Telus would buy me out of my Rogers contract through monthly discounts, then have not seen these applied to my bill.
Would like to know if I was scammed or if Telus will go out what he offered? If not, how do I go about cancelling all services?
