Forgot to mention that we have also been completely ghosted by these reps who are not returning any of our texts or calls. Just awful service overall

Community Power User*If* they were Telus staff in the first place, it is very possible they are not Telus employees now, which is why they are ‘ghosting’ you.
I never make purchase decisions at the door. If it is such a great deal, the company will honour it in a call I initiate.
