Disney+ Unable to redeem the promo "Redeem 24 months of Disney+ on us"
Hi, after logging into my account I can see the promo "Redeem 24 months of Disney+ on us", which is the Disney+ standard plan. After selecting "Add now" it still shows the monthly price as $12.99 plus tax. Can you please help me with this?

I’m trying to figure out how to redeem it too. It was offered with the mobility plan we just switched over to.
I just logged in into my account and the promo is not available anymore. Can you still see it? Luckily I screenshoted everything while logged into my account. Might have to escalate this and possibly to CRTC, if now one can helps us out here.
We took a screenshot as well which shows it. Hopefully someone will be able to help us.
