Disney Plus 24 month promo. No code?
I recently upgraded my phone, and the promotional plan includes 24 months of Disney Plus. However, there doesn't appear to be any information on this in any documents that I received. I selected that plan, in part because of this feature. How do I actually get it???

I am having this issue as well. I have already called customer service and they said that it would be fixed within an hour. It has been 5 hours now and is still showing up as a $12.99 charge for the service and when I call back it says offices are closed. I really don't want to have to wait on hold for an hour again to get this resolved.

Just go to the disney plus link within your telus account and select the option that says " redeem on us": https://www.telus.com/en/shop/subscriptions/disney?CMP=VAN_disneysubscription
then it will add it to your cart and you just go through the checkout process.
