did not receive link for Disney+

Ordered new phone and new phone plan which said Disney+ was included when will I receive link for Disney+?

    1. Log into your MyTELUS account on telus.com (only use the website and not the app). 
    2. Navigate to telus.com/disneysubscription.
    3. Select Add Now under the Disney+ Standard plan with the purple banner.
    4. Sign in with your MyTELUS credentials.
    5. Follow the checkout steps to redeem your offer.
    6. Once complete, you will receive an email with instructions to activate your Disney+ account.
