Delivery of iPhone 13 Pro Max
Hi, Ordered an iPhone 13 Pro Max on the 6th of January and have had no notice of shipping or of back order status. Just feeling like I am in Limbo. Ben
There are some delays depending on colour and storage options chosen. For 13 Pro Max it can vary from one business day, 2-3 weeks because of limited stock, extending upwards of 4-6 weeks due to being on backorder. This info is displayed during the online phone selection process so not sure if it was missed, got changed in midst of your order, or other. Can try contacting online store via chat maybe and see what they have to say.
