Data Usage Issues
Just ported over 4 lines from Rogers and I'm having issues with how the shared data is displayed. 3 Lines are showing as shared data with the 4th line showing on its own and not sharing for some reas...
The month has reset and issue has not resolved itself. The line is showing as A voice only plan yet under plan details it shows the actual plan it should be. Line still does not show under shared data. I have now spent hours of my time trying to get an issue created by Telus corrected and no one can help
