Credit back from Telus

I’ve been billed by Telus showing a credit but after talking to many people there. I still don’t get any satisfaction but the bill continues to come to my  mailbox showing the credit. How much time do I have to waste on this?

  • Is this for a cancelled service? Obviously, if you have a credit or amount owing, you will continue to get a bill/statement. You need to advise Telus to send you a cheque for the credit, apply it to a credit card or transfer it to another account if you have one.
